Our story began with the desire to turn a family passion into an entrepreneurial reality strongly rooted in the territory and capable of representing our vision of the world.
For over twenty years we have been putting our passion into the production of wines that reflect the values and identity of our history. For us, “Muratori” means evolving every day, in the name of continuity: this is the essence of our winery.
Environment and
sustainability
FOCUS ON
The Muratory Family manages its vineyards organically and is also energy self-sufficient thanks to its agrophotovoltaic system suspended over the vines.
Muratori’s cellar can rely on all the latest technology and is designed to reach a depth of 12 metres below the ground level in order to find the ideal environment for the production of the highest quality franciacorta.
Verticality: at ground level the grapes are transferred to the cold storage room. A 3 metres depth the pressing area, at 6 metres depth that of maceration and at 12 metres depth that of vinification and ageing.
In this way, all the process can be carried out rationally and in accordance with the philosophy of low-impact, non-invasive oenology, where the physical action of time and temperature are privileged.
Worked by gravity, without the intervention of mechanical organs in full respect of the raw material.
