\n The Muratori Family Estate is energy self-sufficient thanks to its agri-voltaic system suspended over the vines, built in 2011.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

The solar panels are positioned 3 metres above the vineyard, protecting it from the hail and shading the plants from the increasingly aggressive sunlight. Thanks to the 2,000 square metre plant (on 55 hectares of vineyard), the company is self-sufficient without having sacrificed a single square meter of land, which in the Franciacorta area is increasingly a precious resource to be safeguarded. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/mu-imgspop>\n <\/div>\n\n

Muratori\u2019s cellar can rely on all the latest technology and is designed to reach a depth of 12 metres below the ground level in order to find the ideal environment for the production of the highest quality franciacorta.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/mu-anim>\n\n \n

Verticality: at ground level the grapes are transferred to the cold storage room. A 3 metres depth the pressing area, at 6 metres depth that of maceration and at 12 metres depth that of vinification and ageing.
\r\nIn this way, all the process can be carried out rationally and in accordance with the philosophy of low-impact, non-invasive oenology, where the physical action of time and temperature are privileged.
\r\nWorked by gravity, without the intervention of mechanical organs in full respect of the raw material.<\/p>\n <\/mu-anim>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
